본 어플리케이션은 별도의 개인정보 파일을 사용하지 않으며 저장하지도 않습니다. 본 어플리케이션은 쿠키를 저장하지 않으며 이용하지 않습니다.
3. 개인정보의 처리 및 보유기간
이용자가 동의한 경우 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 기기·앱 정보, 최초 실행·세션·이용 시간 등의 이용 정보와 IP 주소로부터 추정한 대략적 위치 정보가 Google의 서비스에서 처리됩니다. 목적은 앱 이용 분석과 광고 성과 측정이며, 광고 개인화는 비활성화합니다. 일기 본문과 자유 입력 내용은 전송하지 않습니다.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공에 관한 사항
일기 내용은 수집하지 않으며, 동의한 경우 설치·이용 분석 데이터를 Google Firebase로 전송합니다.
5. 개인정보처리 위탁
본 어플리케이션은 개인정보를 위탁하고 있지 않습니다.
6. 정보주체의 권리, 의무 및 그 행사방법

7. 개인정보의 파기
기기의 앱 데이터, iCloud에 저장된 데이터, Google에 이미 전송된 분석 데이터는 삭제 절차가 서로 다릅니다. 앱 삭제나 동의 철회만으로 모든 데이터가 즉시 삭제되지는 않습니다. Google에 전송된 데이터는 해당 서비스의 실제 보관 설정과 적용 정책에 따라 보관·삭제됩니다. 삭제 요청은 제6항의 연락처로 문의할 수 있으며, iCloud 데이터는 Apple이 제공하는 관리·삭제 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
8. 타사 모듈 사용에 대한 안내
MindJournal은 이용자가 동의한 경우 Google Analytics for Firebase를 이용하여 앱 설치 및 이용 현황을 분석하고, Google Ads와 연동하여 MindJournal 광고의 설치 전환 및 성과를 측정합니다. 이 과정에서 앱 인스턴스 식별자, 기기·운영체제·앱 버전·언어 정보, IP 주소로부터 추정한 대략적 위치, 최초 실행·세션·이용 시간 등의 정보가 Google로 전송·처리됩니다. 일기 내용과 질문에 대한 답변은 전송하지 않으며, 광고 개인화는 비활성화합니다. 동의하지 않아도 앱의 기본 기능을 이용할 수 있고, 앱 내 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다. 철회하면 이후 분석 및 광고 성과 측정을 위한 수집이 중단되지만, 이미 전송된 데이터가 자동으로 삭제되지는 않습니다.

“Mind Journal” Privacy Policy
“Mind Journal” complies with the Personal Information Protection Act in order to protect users’ personal information and rights. We have established the following policy:
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
With your optional consent, MindJournal uses Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze app usage and improve the service, and integrates with Google Ads to measure installation conversions and the performance of MindJournal advertisements. Journal content, answers to prompts, and free-text input are not sent to these services. See Section 8 for the data processed and consent management.
2. Status of Personal Information Files
This application does not use any separate personal information files, nor does it store them. This application does not store or utilize cookies.
3. Retention and Processing Period of Personal Information
With your consent, Google’s services process an app instance identifier, device and app information, usage information such as first launch, sessions and engagement time, and approximate location derived from the IP address. This supports app analytics and advertising performance measurement. Ad personalization is disabled. Journal content and free-text input are not transmitted.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not collect the content of your journal entries. With your consent, we send app installation and usage analytics data to Google Firebase.
5. Consignment of Personal Information Processing
This application does not outsource any personal information for processing.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Data Subject and How to Exercise Them
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing of your personal information. You can withdraw consent to analytics and advertising measurement in the app’s privacy settings. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection for these purposes. Contact stu.rabbithole@gmail.com to exercise your rights or ask questions. We may request information needed to identify the relevant data and explain the outcome or any limitations based on the identifiable data and processing involved.
7. Destruction of Personal Information
App data on your device, data stored in iCloud, and analytics data already sent to Google have separate deletion procedures. Uninstalling the app or withdrawing consent does not immediately delete all such data. Data sent to Google is retained and deleted according to the service’s actual retention settings and applicable policies. Contact us using Section 6 for deletion requests. iCloud data can be managed and deleted using Apple’s tools.
8. Use of Third-Party Modules
With your consent, MindJournal uses Google Analytics for Firebase to analyze app installations and usage, and integrates with Google Ads to measure installation conversions and the performance of MindJournal advertisements. This involves sending data to Google for processing, including an app instance identifier, device and operating system information, app version, language, approximate location derived from the IP address, and events such as first launch, sessions, and usage duration. We do not transmit journal content or answers to prompts, and ad personalization is disabled. You can use the app’s core features without consenting and withdraw your consent at any time in the app’s privacy settings. Withdrawal stops subsequent collection for analytics and advertising performance measurement, but does not automatically delete data already transmitted.

「Mind Journal」 は、利用者の個人情報および権利を保護するため、個人情報保護法に従い、以下の方針を定めております。

2. 個人情報ファイルの現況
本アプリケーションは、個人情報ファイルを使用せず、保存も行っておりません。 また、クッキーの保存や利用もしておりません。
3. 個人情報の処理および保有期間
本アプリケーションは、直接的に個人情報を保存・保有しません。 利用者の個人情報を保管していないため、処理内容や保有期間も存在しません。
4. 個人情報の第三者提供に関する事項
日記の内容は収集しません。同意いただいた場合に限り、アプリのインストールおよび利用状況に関する分析データをGoogle Firebaseに送信します。
5. 個人情報処理の委託
利用者の同意に基づき、アプリインスタンス識別子、端末・アプリ情報、初回起動・セッション・利用時間などの利用情報、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報がGoogleのサービスで処理されます。目的はアプリの利用分析と広告効果測定であり、広告のパーソナライズは無効にしています。日記本文や自由入力内容は送信しません。
6. 情報主体の権利・義務およびその行使方法
利用者は、適用される法令に基づき、個人情報の閲覧・訂正・削除・処理停止を求めることができます。分析および広告効果測定への同意はアプリ内のプライバシー設定から撤回でき、撤回後はこれらの目的での収集を停止します。権利の行使やお問い合わせはstu.rabbithole@gmail.comへご連絡ください。対象データの特定に必要な情報をお願いする場合があり、特定可能なデータと実際の処理範囲に応じて、結果または対応に制限がある理由をご案内します。
7. 個人情報の破棄
端末内のアプリデータ、iCloudに保存されたデータ、Googleに送信済みの分析データは、削除の手続きがそれぞれ異なります。アプリの削除や同意の撤回だけで、すべてのデータが直ちに削除されるわけではありません。Googleに送信されたデータは、サービスの実際の保存期間設定と適用されるポリシーに従って保存・削除されます。削除のご相談は第6項の連絡先へお問い合わせください。iCloudのデータはAppleが提供する機能で管理・削除できます。
8. 他社モジュールの使用に関して
MindJournalは、利用者が同意した場合にGoogle Analytics for Firebaseを使用してアプリのインストール状況や利用状況を分析し、Google Adsと連携してMindJournalの広告によるインストールコンバージョンと広告効果を測定します。この際、アプリインスタンス識別子、デバイス・OS・アプリのバージョン・言語に関する情報、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその位置情報、初回起動・セッション・利用時間などの情報がGoogleに送信され、処理されます。日記の内容や質問への回答は送信せず、広告のパーソナライズは無効にしています。同意しなくてもアプリの基本機能を利用でき、アプリ内のプライバシー設定からいつでも同意を撤回できます。撤回後は分析および広告効果測定のための新たな収集を停止しますが、送信済みのデータが自動的に削除されるわけではありません。

Esta aplicación no almacena ni conserva directamente ninguna información personal. Como no se almacena información personal, no existe un periodo de conservación aplicable.
4. Provisión de información personal a terceros
No recopilamos el contenido de tus entradas del diario. Con tu consentimiento, enviamos a Google Firebase datos analíticos sobre la instalación y el uso de la aplicación.
5. Encargo del tratamiento de la información personal
Con tu consentimiento, los servicios de Google tratan un identificador de instancia de la aplicación, información del dispositivo y de la aplicación, datos sobre el primer inicio, las sesiones y el tiempo de uso, y la ubicación aproximada derivada de la dirección IP. La finalidad es analizar el uso y medir el rendimiento publicitario. La personalización de anuncios está desactivada. No se envían el contenido del diario ni los textos introducidos libremente.
6. Derechos y obligaciones del titular de los datos y cómo ejercerlos
De acuerdo con la legislación aplicable, puedes solicitar el acceso, la rectificación, la eliminación o la limitación del tratamiento de tus datos personales. Puedes retirar el consentimiento para el análisis y la medición publicitaria en los ajustes de privacidad de la aplicación. Esto detiene la recopilación posterior para estos fines. Para ejercer tus derechos o realizar consultas, escribe a stu.rabbithole@gmail.com. Podemos solicitar información necesaria para identificar los datos pertinentes y te informaremos del resultado o de las limitaciones según los datos identificables y el tratamiento realizado.
7. Eliminación de la información personal
Los datos de la aplicación en tu dispositivo, los almacenados en iCloud y los datos analíticos ya enviados a Google tienen procedimientos de eliminación diferentes. Desinstalar la aplicación o retirar el consentimiento no elimina inmediatamente todos esos datos. Los datos enviados a Google se conservan y eliminan según la configuración real de conservación y las políticas aplicables del servicio. Puedes solicitar su eliminación mediante el contacto del apartado 6. Los datos de iCloud pueden gestionarse y eliminarse con las herramientas de Apple.
8. Uso de módulos de terceros
Con tu consentimiento, MindJournal utiliza Google Analytics for Firebase para analizar las instalaciones y el uso de la aplicación, y lo vincula con Google Ads para medir las conversiones de instalación y el rendimiento de los anuncios de MindJournal. En este proceso se envían a Google para su tratamiento datos como el identificador de instancia de la aplicación, información del dispositivo y del sistema operativo, la versión de la aplicación, el idioma, la ubicación aproximada derivada de la dirección IP y datos sobre el primer inicio, las sesiones y el tiempo de uso. No enviamos el contenido del diario ni las respuestas a las preguntas, y la personalización de anuncios está desactivada. Puedes utilizar las funciones básicas sin dar tu consentimiento y retirarlo en cualquier momento desde los ajustes de privacidad de la aplicación. Al retirarlo, se detiene la recopilación posterior para el análisis y la medición del rendimiento publicitario, pero no se eliminan automáticamente los datos ya enviados.

2. Status der personenbezogenen Daten
Diese Anwendung verwendet oder speichert keine separaten Dateien mit personenbezogenen Daten. Ebenso werden keine Cookies gespeichert oder verwendet.

Wir erheben keine Inhalte deiner Tagebucheinträge. Mit deiner Einwilligung übermitteln wir Analysedaten zur Installation und Nutzung der App an Google Firebase.
5. Auftragsverarbeitung personenbezogener Daten
Mit deiner Einwilligung verarbeiten die Dienste von Google eine App-Instanz-ID, Geräte- und App-Informationen, Angaben zum ersten Start, zu Sitzungen und zur Nutzungsdauer sowie den aus der IP-Adresse abgeleiteten ungefähren Standort. Dies dient der Nutzungsanalyse und der Werbeerfolgsmessung. Die Personalisierung von Werbung ist deaktiviert. Tagebuchinhalte und Freitexteingaben werden nicht übermittelt.
6. Rechte und Pflichten der betroffenen Person und deren Ausübung
Nach Maßgabe des geltenden Rechts kannst du Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung oder Einschränkung der Verarbeitung deiner personenbezogenen Daten verlangen. Deine Einwilligung in Analyse und Werbeerfolgsmessung kannst du in den Datenschutzeinstellungen der App widerrufen. Danach werden keine weiteren Daten zu diesen Zwecken erhoben. Wir können Informationen benötigen, um die betreffenden Daten zu identifizieren, und informieren dich über das Ergebnis oder Einschränkungen entsprechend den identifizierbaren Daten und der tatsächlichen Verarbeitung.
7. Löschung personenbezogener Daten
Für App-Daten auf deinem Gerät, in iCloud gespeicherte Daten und bereits an Google übermittelte Analysedaten gelten unterschiedliche Löschverfahren. Die Deinstallation der App oder der Widerruf der Einwilligung löscht nicht sofort alle diese Daten. An Google übermittelte Daten werden entsprechend den tatsächlichen Aufbewahrungseinstellungen und geltenden Richtlinien des Dienstes gespeichert und gelöscht. Löschanfragen kannst du an die Kontaktadresse in Abschnitt 6 richten. iCloud-Daten lassen sich über die von Apple bereitgestellten Funktionen verwalten und löschen.
8. Verwendung von Drittanbieter-Modulen
Mit deiner Einwilligung nutzt MindJournal Google Analytics for Firebase, um App-Installationen und die Nutzung der App zu analysieren, und verknüpft den Dienst mit Google Ads, um Installations-Conversions und die Wirksamkeit von Werbung für MindJournal zu messen. Dabei werden unter anderem eine App-Instanz-ID, Informationen zu Gerät, Betriebssystem, App-Version und Sprache, der aus der IP-Adresse abgeleitete ungefähre Standort sowie Angaben zum ersten Start, zu Sitzungen und zur Nutzungsdauer an Google übermittelt und dort verarbeitet. Tagebuchinhalte und Antworten auf Fragen werden nicht übermittelt. Die Personalisierung von Werbung ist deaktiviert. Du kannst die grundlegenden Funktionen der App auch ohne Einwilligung nutzen und deine Einwilligung jederzeit in den Datenschutzeinstellungen der App widerrufen. Nach dem Widerruf werden keine weiteren Daten für diese Analyse und Werbeerfolgsmessung erhoben. Bereits übermittelte Daten werden dadurch jedoch nicht automatisch gelöscht.
